Welcome to The City Golf Club.

TCGC was born out of frustration. Living centrally for years meant giving up access to golf, save for an occasional summer slog through traffic to reach an oversold course in the suburbs. Time passes and technology evolves, such that this problem can now be solved. In TCGC we have created the environment we wish we had for all those years, and are now delighted to share it with likeminded golfers of south east London.

Our home in Royal Arsenal is rich in history. Often left blank on maps to avoid the attention of our adversaries, for hundreds of years the "Secret City" played a pivotal role in the protection of our country. Whilst the munitions factories and gun mills have long since closed, their legacy is clear to see in the listed buildings that surround TCGC. Our building is the former East Turnery, where the barrels of long range guns were intricately milled. We are delighted to be custodians of such a storied location, and look forward to contributing to its continued history in our own small way.
